Location is superb, across the street from Nelson Mandela Square with lots of shops and a variety of restaurants and cuisines. The staff were friendly and helpful and the check-in and check-out process was swift.

The rooms were a bit more compact than the pictures suggested. But perfect for a solo traveler with limited luggage and a one or two night stay.

Superb location, clean and comfortable (except if in standard room; its for singles with no luggage)

The bedding and bathroom is super clean, and staff are friendly. Location is priceless

First booking was standard room; it felt choking and upgraded. Breakfast is below par, could as well go to Spurs for less and better. The other inconvenience is that Uber cannot come to the entrance due to the meter taxi in front. The hotel surely should have a space, or even loading bay that Uber can pick and drop its hotel guests.

Very Good

The location is great. Easily accessible from the Guatrain which is only 15 mins from the airport. It is also right next to the Sandton City Mall so really convenient for shopping and for restaurants. And lastly, the price is great.

The 'restaurant' is quite basic. The food is good but it is clear that the focus isn't on the restaurant. Understandable with the mall so close by and food choices on offer there.

Great for a quick stay. great customer service.

There is no sound proofing so I could hear when others went into their rooms which is not great when trying to sleep. I had no coffee in my room either which was annoying.

The personnel at the reception was awesome humbled and he had too much milk of human kindness. I love the bathrooms they are welcoming very nice.

The morning we got to the dinning Hall for breakfast there was not enough breakfast when they got breakfast sorted the cutlery was not available. It was really a low light for me. No luggage compartment and only 3 hangers this was a problem for me.

I waited one hour to get my breakfast that I get finally when I left… in a bag !! Breakfast service is really awful !!

NO UBER PICK UPS AT HOTEL ENTRANCE

Convenient in terms of location. Very close to Sandton City. The room was clean and the linen was clean.

We could not get uber pick ups from the hotel entrance. It’s not safe to be told at night to walk down the street to catch a ride. We did not understand this.

Had an executive room, it was okay.

The staff were not helpful, they argued whether I could get assistance with my bags or not. Management needs to make it official whether they provide a porter or not because staff seemed confused and not knowing what to do.

Overall the experience was good

Location is perfect just next door to Nelson Mandela square. There are also beautiful views especially from upper floors, the room and bathroom were sparkling clean. The bed was more than comfortable.

The service at the restaurant service is poor, they are very slow to take orders and to bring back your meal, one can eventually leave without eating. You can wait an hour just for an omelet. There is no bar fridge in the room. There is also no wardrobe for someone staying for longer days. The inners in the duvets are old.
